Texas Stadium is one of the NFL's most unique stadiums because it is partially domed. A hole in the center of the roof allows fans to stay dry but leaves the field open to the elements outside. The stadium houses over 65,000 seats. Two DiamondVision scoreboard/video-boards are located inside Texas Stadium. The stadium has many extras that It is a great atmosphere for all Cowboys games. During the Cowboys offseason, however; fans still flock to Texas Stadium for tours. Unfortunately, the Cowboys played their last game in Texas Stadium on December 20, 2008. The stadium will be demolished and redeveloped and the Cowboys will play in a new stadium in 2009. |   |
